Baked sea bream fillets on summer vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 sea bream fillets
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 aubergine, sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- Olive oil
- White balsamic vinegar
- Sikara pepper
- Flax seeds
Instructions
- Spread the onions at the bottom of the dish and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt
- Evenly arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the onion and season with olive oil and salt
- Bake for 35 minutes at 170°C = 338°F
- Season the fillets with salt and ground flax seeds
- Remove the vegetables from the oven and season with Sikara pepper and olive oil
- Lay the sea bream fillets skin-side up on top of the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil
- Return to oven for 15 more minutes
