Ingredients
- 4 slices of rustic bread
- 4 slices of Parma ham or proscuitto ham
- 6 slices of goat cheese
- 2 figs
- Honey
- 4 tsp of olive oil
- 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Herbs de Provence
- Pine nuts
- Basil leaves
Instructions
- 1 / Preheat the oven to 160 ° C – 320 ° F
- 2 / Cut the goat cheese and figs into quarters
- 3 / Drizzle olive oil and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar on each slice of bread
- 4 / Arrange slices of goat cheese, ham and figs on the bread slices
- 5 / Drizzle honey and sprinkle with herbs de Provence and pine nuts. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 6 / Bake for 5 minutes or until the goat cheese is melted
