SERVICE CONDITIONS
Lifetime Warranty
The lifetime warranty only applies to the steel and ceramic mechanisms of the spice mills (three part: the central shaft, the pear and the bowl) unless otherwise specified in the instructions.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase (receipt or signed dated warranty card) is essential for the warranty claim.
Misuse of the Products
The following are considered misuse:
- The use of grains greater than 6mm for pepper and 4mm for salt
- The use of salt in a pepper mill
- The use of pepper in a salt mill
- The use of berries (red or pink) greater than 15%
- The use of sea salt (dry or wet) in a steel salt mechanism
- Shocks from dropping or hitting the product
- Damage to wood or paint in contact with moisture
- Damage related to a repair or attempted repair
- Cleaning with water or going through the dishwasher
- Prolonged storage in a humid area
In the cases mentioned above, the product will not be taken under guarantee.
