By simply turning the control ring located at the base of the pepper mill, you can easily select the size of the grind best suited to your recipe and taste (1 for a very fine texture & 6 for a coarser grind). The beechwood body of this pepper mill, originating from local PEFC™ forests, is turned and painted with the greatest care in our Franche-Comté workshops.
