The Maestro salt mill is the centrepiece of the Salt Bar concept. Fitted with the Zirconia salt mechanism, a Peugeot innovation, and the u'Select adjustment system, it offers unprecedented grinding quality, from powdered salt to crunchy salt.
Made in France It has a wooden body and a screwed glass reservoir, easy to refill. It comes with a pink salt from the Andes, which owes its beautiful colour to its high iron content.
Compatible empty jars are available separately. So this mill can be fitted with a wide range of jars containing different salts or aromatic blends, and will accompany gourmet on their salt routes travel.
