The original cinnamon grinder combines a shaker to crush the ceylon cinnamon sticks with a steel ball, and then very finely grind them using Peugeot's trademark mill mechanism. The beauty of ceylon cinnamon and its intense aromas are enough to excite the senses but when the subtle sweet, warm, and slightly woody notes kick in then it is apparent that the full potential of this spice can only be achieved when freshly ground.
