This French-made compact salt mill perfectly illustrates Peugeot's expertise and in spite of its petite frame, has all the strength and efficiency you would expect from the brand. All wood crafting, steel mechanics, component assembly, design, and innovation are carried out entirely at our factory in Quingey, situated in the Doubs region of France, and this 12cm Paris u'Select salt mill in graphite is just one of the latest stunning creations in a collection of timeless classic salt and pepper mills.
Its Zirconia mechanism, an innovation from Peugeot Research and Development, delivers extremely fine Powdered Salt, offering the taste pleasure of salt while limiting the quantity used. Equipped with the exclusive Peugeot u’Select system, this salt mill offers 6 settings at the base to adjust the texture of your salt from powdered salt to coarse depending on personal taste and what your dish requires. As with all Peugeot salt and pepper mills, the Zirconia grinding mechanism comes with a lifetime guarantee.
