This compact manual pepper mill from the Paris collection is equipped with an ingenious u'Select grind adjustment system that defies its small stature. Located at the base of the pepper mill, it allows you to select the precise size of the grind required for whatever your recipe requires and palate prefers. When set to 1, the grind will be very fine, but when set to 6 you will obtain a much coarser texture.
